THE MAHA SAMADHI OF H H DHYANYOGI MADHUSUDANDASJI

After completion of the final rites of Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji, the bones and ashes of the body of Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji were reverently placed in a pot and buried in the spot as instructed by Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji.  Omdasji covered the pot with a mound of mud and planted tulsi plants (commonly called as “dark tulsi”) all around. Regular prayers worship and offerings were made here by Omdasji in reverence to his great guru, Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji.

Later on the mahasamadhi of Dhyanyogi Madhusudandasji was constructed over this mound of mud housing the bones and ashes of the Great Guru. This is a shrine to the great Kundalini yogi and humanitarian. Disciples come here regularly to offer worship and do meditation.
